Time for mama

I'm very sad to admit that my body is in an awful shape. I had a horrid back problem just two months ago and I'm not fit at all. I don't have any energy and get tired really often. This is just not acceptable anymore.
Last week I came across a wonderful video. It gave me a push to try yoga. I do a little bit at home every morning and I hope that I will find a way to get myself into a studio as well. 4 days of sun salutations and I already feel much better, I can't believe how tense my body was the first day and now it's getting easier and easier.
My friends recommended yoga to me for a few years now, somehow I always found excuse not to do it, now I think I just needed to really feel the need to do it.

    No I haven't even though looking online, I think yoga journal has a pretty good tips on their website. I need to research that.
