We talked about life in Ancient Egypt and who the pharaohs were. We snacked on dates and grapes and it was the food of Ancient Egyptians. We looked at some paintings depicting life back then.
The British Museum has a great webpage that talks about all of the aspects of life in Ancient Egypt. This website has great videos on lots of topics. This blog is also helpful.
Our activity for this day was to make art depicting our life, Ancient Egypt style (lots of paintings can be found via google image search).
